Burlington elects three trustees to the Catholic board: one for Wards 1 and 2, one for Wards 3 and 6, and one for Wards 4 and 5.
McKenzie's race was run on new lines. Minor changes to Burlington's ward boundaries, affecting Wards 1, 2, 3 and 4, were approved in May 2025 after a review of council composition and ward boundaries.
