A City of Burlington appeals committee will hear an appeal of property standards order 05-26, for 40 Plains Road, on Thursday, Nov. 5, 2026.
A separate order, 06-26, covers the basement unit at 40 Plains Road. Another, order 07-26, concerns 50 Plains Road.
The meeting runs from 1 to 5 p.m. in Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall.
