The City of Burlington has given the go-ahead to build a new manufacturing facility on Paletta Court in Ward 4, a project with a construction value of $12.6 million.
The building permit, number 25-003632, was issued on Thursday, Oct. 22, according to City records. It is a permit for a brand-new building, not an addition or renovation to an existing one.
The permit appears in the City's list under two addresses, 4450 and 4500 Paletta Crt., with the same permit number and the same construction value for each.
The factory was one of 36 building permits Burlington issued in the week from Monday, Oct. 19 to Monday, Oct. 26.
