Burlington's Appeals Committee will decide Thursday, Nov. 5, whether a City order to fix up 50 Plains Rd. under its property standards bylaw stands. Ahmed Refai is appealing the July 31 order, issued to Infinity (Plains Road) Corporation, care of Arjun Anand, according to a City notice.
The committee can confirm, modify or rescind it, or extend the time to comply. The hearing was adjourned from Sept. 24.
The meeting runs 1 to 5 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 426 Brant St. The committee may take up the matter any time from 1 p.m.
