Notre Dame Catholic Secondary School's junior girls basketball team is one game from a championship. The Burlington school's team plays in the HCAA final, the title game of the athletics league for Halton's Catholic high schools, on Tuesday, Nov. 10, at 10 a.m. at Sheridan College, Notre Dame Athletics announced.

On Monday, Nov. 2, Notre Dame beat St. Kateri Tekakwitha 45-29 at home, after winning an earlier meeting with the same school 42-25, also at Notre Dame.

Students who want to cheer the team on can ride a school fan bus to the game. The outing costs $15, and spots are limited.

To get a seat, students pay through School Cash Online, the board's online payment system, then hand in a completed permission form by Monday at 11 a.m., the day before the game.
