KTEN10 Japanese Thai House wants to serve alcohol at 3480 Fairview St. in Burlington, and neighbours who want a say have until Thursday, Nov. 12, to send objections or comments to Ontario's liquor regulator.
According to a public notice from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), the business has applied for a new liquor sales licence for Suites 1 and 2 at that address.
The application covers an indoor area only. It does not include a patio or any other outdoor space where drinks would be served.
The AGCO posts this kind of notice in a few situations, including when someone seeks a new licence at a place that has had no licence in the last six months.
