The owner of the apartment buildings at 1440 and 1450 Tyandaga Park Dr. wants to turn storage space in the two buildings into three new one-bedroom units, and to do it with fewer visitor, accessible and maintenance parking spaces than Burlington's rules call for.

The request would leave 21 visitor spaces instead of the 45 the zoning bylaw requires, and three designated accessible spaces instead of seven, less than half in both cases.

The application, file A-065-2025, goes to the Committee of Adjustment, the city panel that decides whether property owners can bend zoning rules. It sits on the committee's regular agenda. The consent agenda is kept for routine requests that have staff support and drew no objections or delegation requests after public notice; every other application goes on the regular agenda.

The committee meets Wednesday, Nov. 18, from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. in Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall.
