This weekend is the last chance to see the fall displays in Royal Botanical Gardens' Hendrie Park, 680 Plains Rd. W., which wrap up Sunday, Nov. 1. RBG says more than 15,000 pumpkins, squash and gourds are set out in mosaics and vignettes made for fall photos.
The displays, an every-October tradition, opened Oct. 10. Daytime viewing runs 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and needs regular garden admission: enter through RBG Centre and take the tunnel from the lower level of its Atrium. RBG Centre also has seasonal displays inside.

The evening Great Pumpkin Trail, a separately ticketed walk past candlelit jack-o'-lanterns in Hendrie Valley, ended Oct. 25.
Once the season ends, edible pumpkins, squash and gourds will go to local food banks, and some to local farmers for animal feed. Hendrie Park's next seasonal show, Winter Wonders, runs Nov. 26 to Jan. 3.
